  • This position supports advisors in servicing and maintaining an existing client base while delivering clear, professional communication to clients and internal team members. The role also enhances operational efficiency by contributing to workflow improvements and system development. A strong team orientation is key, providing high-level administrative support that helps the advisory team operate smoothly and effectively.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree, and/or equivalent work experience with strong interest in financial markets is preferred

    • FINRA Registration (Series 7, 63 or 66)

    • 2+ years of Investment Operations experience

    Compensation:
    $65,000-$80,000

  • This role supports the advisory team by preparing accurate, timely planning analyses and client presentation materials while ensuring all required benchmarks are met throughout the year. The position coordinates underwriting follow-ups and assists with comprehensive policy and account reviews, including illustrations and data tracking. A strong client-service mindset is essential, as the individual proactively communicates updates and resolves inquiries with professionalism and urgency.

  • Serve as the Primary Relationship Manager on a subset of the firm's clients. Serves as the Service Manager on a subset of clients to facilitate and accelerate the Transfer of Trust (handoff) process between Private Wealth Advisors and Producing Partners. Serve as the focal point for coordinating workflow and service for clients and prospects. Expertly perform all functions of a Service Advisor.
